This is the store for great customer service! Was new to hiking and had Dylan come and helped fit a hiking pack, and answer heaps of questions! He spend time and was not annoyed or rushed. Staff are always friendly but he went above and beyond to help a newbie figure out what we would need and why.

I had a great experience at Anaconda Ashmore. The store is large and has a wide range of products, from camping gear to surfboards. I bought a surfboard and the staff helped me how to use a soft roof rack. They also guided me in finding the right 4WD mattress. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to return an item and they instantly processed my return, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend Anaconda Ashmore to anyone looking for outdoor gear.

Went to Ashmore today to return my aqua marina pump I brought from them too only find out it only pumps up paddle boards and not any of the airbeds we brought from them also. The guy at your counter asked if it was broken and we said no its not and to my amazement he said your unable to get a refund unless it's broken.So know I'm stuck with a pump that is no good to me and will have to go somewhere else to buy the correct pump with fittings. Shocking service from your counter staff and ACCC will be notified about your dismal procedures.

I had to return an item under warranty today. That particular product is no longer available. Tyler took so much time showing me similar products and explaining the pros and cons of each one. Nothing was a problem for him, he even unpackaged it and helped me get it into the car. As a female I'm not up with all the techno talk but Tyler made it easy.

went down to my local store (Ashmore) to return a faulty rod/reel combo. was greeted with rude and unprofessional staff and manager. customer service non existing. inappropriate comments made to my 9yr son when I turned my back. unprofessional and disgusting. I will no longer shop at anaconda stores.

Came in yesterday evening and a young fella named Marley was able to go through all the questions I had, recommend me some extra bits and pieces and fishing equipment and was as friendly as they come. Hope anaconda looks after the good staff they've got!
